The Orchard Town Center: VALENTINE’S DREAM DATE PROMOTION HAS ENDED.
Started Fri, 02/05/2010 - 11:39 am in VALENTINE’S DREAM DATE PROMOTION HAS ENDED. Thanks for all the great Valentine's ideas. We loved them all so much! We hope we gave you some inspiration to create your own unique Valentine's Day and the $20 wasn't bad either. |

My Valentine's Dream Date would be very simple. A night with my guy doing what we love doing; spending time together. We've been together for 5 years and everyday with him gets better and better. To be specific I would want him to cook dinner (one of our favorite meals), rent a movie and just cuddle up. The ultimate dream Valentine's gift (big emphasis on the word "dream") would probably be an engagement ring. I love my guy so much and I would love to spend the rest of my life with him. I'm pretty sure that this Valentine's day will not be the day for a proposal, but a girl can dream. :)
My Valentine's Dream Date would be nice and casual. My dream would be to be someplace warm and sunny. Spend the day doing things wtih my husband and daughter (with us girls wearing red). Walking along a beach, spending time at a pool and being lazy. That night, I'd like to receive a small boquet of flowers (but not roses, they die to quick) and then go to Taco Bell (funny yes, but my hubby and I went to Taco Bell for our first Valentine's - LOL - 11 years ago). Then go home and watch a funny romantic comedy with my husband.
My dream date would be going to the mountains with my boyfriend of three years. I would love to go to Estes Park and drive around the National Park. We'd pull over somewhere that has an amazing view and have a picnic. We can sit there and talk for a while, and joke around. On the way out of Estes park, we'd stop in the heart of the town and walk around the million's of shops they have up there. Of course we would need to take lots of pictures so I can put them all in a scrapbook!
My ideal gift would be a certificate to get a manicure and pedicure. I'm a very busy woman so having time to relax would be very very nice!
My dream date is dinner and cruise on a boat at the harbor. But really I'm happy just not having kids around. I think a break away from everything is just what the doctor ordered.
Perfect Nite would be a long date with the hubby, alone on the beach with an outdor candelit dinner and music on the beach, followed by a stroll on the beach where we would arrive at a perfect little hut for couples gift massages and afterward he would give me a hand made scrapbook with all his favorite memories of us!
I want to eat crab legs and drink beer.
My Valentine's Dream Date would be to have steak and lobster and watch a funny romantic movie
a quiet night with a good dinner-not home made, a roaring fire and a pretty bunch of smell good flowers!
I'm so easy!
My dream valentines date if we lived in a warmer climate would be a mountain hiking and picnic trip. Of course we would have to stop at REI for some new hiking boots (something I desperately need!). But since we live here in Colorado and Valentines day is not a warm time in the mountains, I think a nice dinner and movie would be great :)
I think my ideal Valentines day would be a nice dinner that I didn't have to cook or clean up from and a then a great movie to snuggle up watch with my wife.
I'm not to hard to please! We'd start with dinner at my new favorite restaurant Happy Sumo for some delicious rolls for me and something cooked for my sweetie! Then maybe a bit window shopping on the way over to see Valentines Day the new movie out this love day!
The dream date would include a babysitter. If no babysitter, I'd like to just soend Valentines with my kids at their school parties, and then that night maybe have a special dinner, and watch a movie together as a family. I'm simple..
My idea of a perfect Valentines Day date would be for my husband to bring me flowers, and take me to a nice quiet restaurant where we could enjoy each other's company without the interuption of our 3 year old. Then we could go to a romantic movie and and then maybe aftewards go out for a nice cup of hot chocolate. That would be my idea of a perfect valentines date.
My idea of a perfect valentine date would be to take my wife to a romatic night getaway somewhere in the mountains. We would go skiing during the day and then enjoy a nice quiet dinner where I would surprise her with flowers.
I would love to go shopping (always!) for something gorgeous to wear for my Valentine, have my hair done and also a manicure/pedicure. I would like us to go out somewhere glamorous for cocktails, then on to a beautiful restaurant maybe situated on a cliff top overlooking the ocean somewhere warm. We would eat a steak dinner with delicious red wine, followed by a dessert which would have to include chocolate (what else?!). We would watch the sun set, and go for a romantic walk along a moonlit beach. A gift ? Don’t need one! OK, jewels of any kind are always welcome I guess!
The Perfect Valentine's dream date would be an all day event starting with breakfast in bed complete with a mug of hot cocoa. Then we would go snowshoeing in a beautiful mountain area taking a picnic lunch to enjoy at the peak. After snowshoeing down the mountain, we would check-in to a nice hotel where we could warm up in our private hot tub before hitting a nice restaurant for a romantic candlelit dinner. Upon returning to the hotel, we would explore new lingerie and chocolates!

A day skiing up in Vail followed by dinner at our favorite restaurant would be awesome! But sushi and a good romantic comedy wouldn't be bad either. As long as we get sone quiet romantic time together the rest is all good! Still happily married after 12 years.
I would love to have dinner at the Woodland Grill and then see a romantic movie at the AMC.
My Valentine's dream date would be having a day/night out without the kids. Starting with a workout at Lifetime fitness and a couple's massage. Then we love to eat at 3 Margarita's. It would be nice to enjoy a meal there without the kids. Then a night at the movies with my hubby. Laughing at a good comedy or snuggling up to a good scary flick. This would be a dream Valentine's date.
My Valentine's dream date would be a night out with the man of my dreams, dinner and a movie with no kids. A couple's massage at Lifetime Fitness would be nice, then dinner at Rock Bottom Brewery. A nice romantic movie to set the mood and home for the rest of the dream date.
My Valentine's Dream Date would also be somewhat simple. A nice dinner at the Orchard and a movie. Romantic movie of course, maybe Dear John. A stop at a jewelry store to pick out what ever my heart desired would be a dream come true. A nice bouqet of roses with dinner would top the night off as well.
My Valentine Dream is a romantic dinner on the beach as the sun is setting! A nice seafood dinner, wine, and chocolate dessert. All with the man of my dreams, my husband!
The perfect gift would be one red rose with a diamond ring attached!
My dream Valentine's date would be anything that did not involve me cooking and cleaning up! Actually if I could choose anything I would choose a weekend away with my husband. Maybe Vegas! We'd stay at the Bellagio and we would see one or two fun shows and we would eat dinners at wonderful restaurants. We would stay up late and sleep in. During the day we would lounge by the pool. My dream gift? This year I really want nordic skis and boots! Oh and chocolates! Sees candies to be exact:-)
A valentines dream date would be a night without the kids and a long walk. The thing I miss most is the daily walks with my husband. Taking the kids with us is just not peaceful even if we let them ride bikes or scooters - someone's tired, someone wants to be in front - it never ends!! Finishing the walk with a dinner someplace a little upscale like Woodlands Grill would remind us of why we got married and what we have to look forward to when the kids are grown and on their own!
I would love to spend Valentine's Day eating a nice romantic dinner that someone else cooked, walking around and looking in little stores, and just people watching. Oh, and all of this would be in Barcelona.
My husband usually does the cooking. My dream date for Valentine's Day is to have him cook a great dinner for just the two of us. Wine would be included, of course. The fireplace glowing, soft music, no TV. I told him all I want is a card, something that expresses how he feels. A keepsake card. But, I am sure that he will include a nice piece of bling. That's just how he is.
I would love to take in a movie and enjoy a nice dinner date with my sweetie. I have been wanting to try the new Italian restaurant at the Orchard. It would be fun to do some window shopping too. I love strolling through the Orchard shopping area!
Dream date? Well, I've had plenty of those....with the woman I've shared my life with since the day we said, "I Do!". My wife has always been there for me, the rock of my life, my reason for being and the best mother I could possibly imagine. I've realized there is a perfect woman and I got her.
12 years, 2 kids, a dog, and a house later we don't get a chance to do much without the whole family. Haven't had a date night in over a year.
So, a dream date? Well, that would be simply to have one!
My idea of a Valentine Dream Date would be a romantic candlelight dinner and a movie. I would love to surprise my beautiful wife of 22 years with a new pair of diamond earrings at the end of the day!
